Job description
Summit Integrated Systems, Inc. is hiring an HR Manager to lead the HR function across all facets of the employee lifecycle. You will work with leadership to implement policies, drive compliance, and support managers and employees in a dynamic Colorado-based environment.
The role oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, performance, engagement, and leave management, and requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and communication skills. In-person at HQ in Colorado; full-time schedule.
