Job description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a HR Leader, US Commercial to lead employee relations for a large commercial and field sales organization. The role reports to the Head HR Global Trauma and partners with HR, Legal, and business leaders to deliver fair, timely, and business-focused solutions.
The position requires strong investigation skills, solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion. Travel up to ~20% may be required.
