Job description
TSMC in Phoenix, AZ seeks an organizational Leadership Partner (HRBP) to drive leadership effectiveness and enterprise risk mitigation. You will act as the final HR authority on escalated people risk for senior leaders, partner with Legal and Compliance, and guide organizational design for new fabs and workforce actions.
The role requires 7+ years in HRBP within manufacturing/regulated settings, strong communication, and the ability to advise executives with discretion and strategic insight.
