Job description
Marsh is seeking a Senior Principal for its HR M&A Advisory Services to lead human capital strategy across complex deals. The role guides client executives, aligns teams across Marsh’s Health and Benefits, Investments, and Global Benefits Management businesses, and drives revenue, margin and delivery quality with a focus on AI-enabled analysis.
