Job description
Johns Manville is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities for the Waterville manufacturing complex. This hands-on role partners with site leadership, guiding labor relations and talent management across a unionized workforce within the Engineered Products division.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in HR, 5+ years in HR leadership, and a track record of influencing leaders, driving workforce planning, and building high-performing teams across manufacturing
