Job description
Andersen is seeking a Human Resources Senior Manager to partner with service line leadership and drive employee engagement and culture across geographies. This role leads the HR function for the Firm’s National Service Lines, ensuring firmwide consistency on policies and practices with the National HR team.
You will guide managers on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and development, while overseeing onboarding, lifecycle, and HR administration.
