Job description
Movance Inc., a Silicon Valley technology consulting startup, is seeking a highly organized Senior HR & Operations Specialist to own day-to-day HR administration, payroll execution, and Sunnyvale office operations in a fast-paced environment.
This IC role reports to the Founder & CEO and requires full professional fluency in English and Mandarin, strong California labor-law knowledge, and hands-on experience with HRIS tools such as Gusto or Rippling.
