Job description
The University of Alabama at Birmingham seeks a Senior Human Resources Partner Generalist to independently manage strategic HR services for employees in assigned clinical departments, supporting distinct employee populations across UAB and UAB Health Services Foundation (HSF).
You will be the primary HR advisor to department leadership, faculty, staff, fellows, residents, post-doctoral trainees, and other personnel.
