Job description
Atmos Energy Corporation in Johnson City, TN, is seeking an HR professional to guide employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and leave processes.
You will support recruitment, on-boarding, compensation reviews, and ensure compliance with FMLA/ADA and company policy, partnering with leaders and Shared Services.
Overnight travel is required; a Bachelor's degree and 2 years HR experience or GED with 4 years HR experience are required to qualify for this role.
