Job description
Xylem is seeking a Lead HR People Partner to support People Managers and embed HR programs that boost employee experience and performance. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Morrisville, NC, three days per week, working with COEs, and ensuring policy consistency across the organization.
Responsibilities include advising on complex employee relations, driving HR programs, and coaching leaders on performance and development.
