Job description
LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr Analyst of HR Systems to collaborate with stakeholders, define and analyze complex HR problems, and configure Workday-based solutions. This role may also support other HR systems as needed.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday configuration experience across at least three modules, strong reporting skills, and the ability to train business partners on new processes and functionality.
