Job description
Cengage is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Talent Strategy Partner to execute talent strategies for assigned business units. You will partner with sales leaders, translate business priorities into actionable people plans, and drive organizational effectiveness across the talent lifecycle.
You will coach leaders, lead performance reviews, and leverage data to inform workforce decisions, while collaborating with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding.
