Job description
Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to lead UKG Pro implementations and own the roadmap. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal to deliver seamless, scalable HR technology that enhances employee experience across the enterprise.
The role requires 10+ years of UKG Pro deployment experience, strong project management, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
