EY is seeking experienced professionals to join our Government & Public Sector PAS team, focusing on HR operating models, organizational change, and performance improvement for federal and state agencies. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, advising senior leaders and guiding large‑scale transformations.
You will bring deep change management, organizational design, and HR process expertise, leading multiple teams, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders across engagements.
