Job description
Fenwick & West LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Employee Relations and HRBP to act as a trusted advisor across assigned client groups in the firm. You will lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and partner with leadership to strengthen teams, develop talent, and sustain a respectful workplace.
You will design training and translate talent strategy into action while handling confidential matters with judgment.
