Job description
Alarm.com is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support 350+ engineers and advise leadership on people initiatives. You will partner with the Senior HRBP to deliver programmatic HR support, coach managers, and guide organizational development.
The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from employee relations to performance improvement plans, change management, and cross-functional collaboration across Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Legal. Office four days a week.
