Job description
Capital One seeks a Senior Manager, HRBP to partner with Servicing leadership, delivering talent strategy and high-impact people initiatives. As an embedded business partner, you’ll use data and analytics to accelerate organizational velocity and frontline enablement.
You’ll promote AI-enabled HR workflows, drive talent calibration and succession planning, and collaborate with HR centers of excellence to recruit, develop and retain top talent in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
