Job description
AXA XL is seeking a Senior HRBP for Global Technology & AI to partner with senior leaders, translating strategic ambition into workforce requirements. This role focuses on strategic workforce planning, organization design, and collaboration across AXA XL’s global HR network to deliver people initiatives.
Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources for Technology & AI, the role requires deep partnership with leadership to build capabilities for the future across UK, France, and US operations.
