Great Gray Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Go-to-Market organization. This role focuses on onboarding, performance management, and elevating the employee experience.
The Senior HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to people leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and a culture of accountability. Role requires travel to Aliso Viejo, CA and a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
