Job description
Cockroach Labs seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team. As a strategic partner, you’ll align talent and business goals, support Roachers in the GTM organization, and provide hands‑on and strategic input on employee relations, performance management, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
You will lead HR programs, coach leaders, manage organizational change, and design multi‑year people strategies.
