Job description
HF Sinclair in Anacortes, WA seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead complex HR projects with minimal supervision at a site level. Onsite role with a 9/80 schedule, requiring strong labor relations, policy governance, and business partnership.
Minimum five years of HR experience, preferably in a unionized industrial environment. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a technical field is required or five years related work experience in lieu of the degree.
