MongoDB is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for its Technical Services organization. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people and culture strategy, drive talent initiatives, and scale solutions that support business growth. Travel to offices and leadership offsites is expected on a recurring basis.
You will lead critical talent moments, including performance, engagement, succession, and compensation cycles, while balancing strategic partnership with operational stewardship.
