Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. Newport News Shipbuilding seeks a senior HRIS Systems Administrator to manage SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and related workforce systems.
This role ensures data integrity, supports HR processes, and partners with HR and IT to deliver scalable solutions. You will configure modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance, providing tier-2/3 support while documenting configurations and changes.
