Job description
HistoSonics in Plymouth, MN seeks a Principal Human Factors Engineer to lead strategy and execution across design through post-market activities. You will influence UI/UX, failure analysis, labeling, and risk management with autonomy, mentoring teams and coordinating with clinical partners.
You will plan formative and summative usability studies, write HF documentation for submissions, and drive regulatory readiness. Expect up to 25% travel within the U.S. to support activities.
