Job description
Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Project Superintendent for a full-time, project-based role in the Permian Basin (Odessa area). The Superintendent will direct site staff and subcontractors, manage daily production, and uphold safety as a top priority across multiple projects.
The role requires 10 years of HV substation supervision, deep knowledge of construction standards, and the ability to lead crews on complex transmission and distribution work.
