Job description
Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Building Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer to lead complex HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler calculations for commercial buildings and wastewater facilities.
The role requires interpreting mechanical, plumbing, building, and NFPA standards, sizing systems, and drafting models in AutoCAD and Revit. Preference for candidates living near Philadelphia, Ramsey NJ, or NYC; hybrid or Northeast remote with travel to offices as needed.
