Job description
FlexStaff is seeking a Senior Estimator for our client, a leading HVAC company in Nassau County. The Senior Estimator will lead complex HVAC estimating efforts, review drawings, develop budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to produce profitable bids in the NY Tri-State area.
The role requires advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and estimating methodologies, with experience mentoring junior estimators and managing high-value projects from review to submission.
