Job description

PACE Collaborative seeks qualified Senior Mechanical Engineers for our Virginia Beach and Richmond offices. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and be PE-licensed or able to obtain licensure.

The role involves designing HVAC systems for government, municipal, and private facilities, with AutoCAD/Revit and ASHRAE standards knowledge. This position includes supervising staff engineers and technicians, with potential equity stake in the firm.
