The role requires a minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include inspections, maintenance, repairs, and documentation of work; utilizing CMMS, and mentoring others.
