Job description
Cisco is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer to join the Hypershield team focused on Cisco Nexus N9300 fabric and on-premises Kubernetes control plane. You will own incidents from Cisco TAC through resolution, diagnose complex failures, and work closely with customers and engineering to implement fixes.
Ideal candidates combine deep networking expertise with strong troubleshooting skills, enterprise customer experience, and a drive to improve reliability across production environments.
