Cisco Systems is seeking a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer to own Hypershield cases from Cisco TAC and drive rapid, reliable resolutions. You will diagnose complex production failures on the Nexus NX-OS fabric and on‑prem Kubernetes controller, localize faults across layered architecture, and partner with engineering to implement fixes and systemic improvements.
