Job description
Lantern seeks a Principal IAM Engineer to own the identity control plane end to end, reporting to the CISO. This hands-on role shapes access to PHI and governs the identity standard, with a pathway to leadership as the function grows.
You will partner with IAM, platform, cloud, and service delivery teams and influence architecture with automation at its core. The role emphasizes Zero Trust, least-privilege, and automated provisioning across cloud and SaaS.
