Job description
Fairfax County is seeking a General Law Litigation and Transactional Assistant County Attorney V to counsel and represent the County on a broad range of matters, including civil litigation and transactional work.
The successful candidate will manage cases from inception to completion, handle discovery, depositions, motions practice, and may influence policy and legislation affecting County programs within a collegial, in-house environment.
