SGA Dental Partners seeks an Associate General Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal counsel across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will partner with executive leadership, HR, Operations, Finance, Compliance, affiliated practice entities, and outside counsel on contracts, transactions, employment matters, regulatory issues, and governance concerns.
