Job description
Providence seeks a Senior Labor and Employment Counsel to act as the labor and employment adviser across the Providence system. You will provide day-to-day counsel, guide labor relations strategies, and oversee litigation with internal HR leaders and outside counsel.
The role requires extensive experience in labor and employment law, including collective bargaining negotiations and NLRB procedures, with preference for in-house experience and Oregon/Washington bar admission.
