Job description
Brookfield Properties (USA II) LLC is seeking an experienced in-house leasing counsel to provide legal support for leasing matters across NYC office and retail properties. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and overseeing legal aspects of tenant-related disputes and capital markets activities.
Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor degree, admission to the New York State Bar, and 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law with a focus on leasing. A competitive salary range of $280,000 to $320,000 is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.
