Job description
BGRE is seeking an experienced in-house real estate counsel to support portfolio and asset-level matters across New York City office and retail properties. You will collaborate with Asset Management, Leasing, Operations, Capital Markets, and Portfolio Management to provide strategic, business-minded legal guidance.
The role includes negotiating leases, coordinating with outside counsel, and managing tenant disputes and property-related risk across designated assets.
