Job description
Allstate in New York seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to defend bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, conducting hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions while guiding business clients and coordinating with legal teams.
JD and active New York State Bar membership are required. Five-plus years of proven litigation experience, strong teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LexisNexis are essential; travel to Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Long Island is expected.
