Job description
Allstate seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to defend insureds and the Company in bodily injury and property damage lawsuits. You will coordinate mediations, arbitrations, and trials while advising business clients and collaborating with legal teams.
Require a JD, Texas State Bar admission, 3+ years of litigation experience or strong litigation skills, and first/second chair trial exposure. Remote work is supported with travel in the Dallas area.
