Job description
Allstate is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to defend insureds and the Company in bodily injury and property damage cases, handling mediations, arbitrations, and occasional trials. You will coordinate with business clients and internal legal teams while staying ahead of evolving laws and regulations to keep strategies sharp.
The role requires 5+ years of proven litigation experience, first/second chair trial exposure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LexisNexis.
