Job description
Allstate is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to defend bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation, and related cases. You will prepare for hearings, trials, and depositions, and provide strategic counsel to business clients while coordinating with cross-functional legal teams.
The role requires 3+ years of proven litigation experience, first or second chair trial exposure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LexisNexis.
