Job description
Apple Wallet is seeking a Senior Incident Manager in Austin, Texas, to lead the incident response program end-to-end. You will act as Incident Commander during high-severity events, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continual process improvements to protect user experience.
You’ll own post-incident reviews, partner with Problem Management, and drive durable learning across engineering and operations. Strong leadership and communication are required.
