Job description
Penguin Random House, LLC in Crawfordsville, IN, is seeking a senior Operations Analyst to join our Operations Services team supporting distribution network initiatives and data-driven improvements.
You will collaborate across functions to evaluate processes, perform time studies, develop flow charts, and help implement warehouse systems and automation while delivering analyses and reports to stakeholders. This onsite role requires strong project management and Excel skills.
