Job description
The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA seeks a senior Industrial Engineer to advance production operations. You will apply IE principles, simulations, and data analytics to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and guide manufacturing decisions for complex systems.
You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with facilities to plan lines, and develop capacity models, labor plans, and throughput improvements, using CAD and discrete-event simulations.
