Job description
Senior Industrial Security Officer (CPSO)We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands on Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) at our Ypsilanti, Michigan location. The CPSO will report to the Security Manager while providing classified program support on a multitude of levels. Working in unison with the other CPSOs, you will be responsible for the classified operations of programs in the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) arenas.Responsibilities:Responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directivesProvide security guidance regarding program operationsDevelop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and addendums, Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), etc.Create, update and administer security education, training and awareness to include program indoctrinations and debriefingsConduct self-inspections and recommend / implement corrective actionsProgram Administrative work: personnel processing, visitor control, conducting program related investigations, TS Accountability, dispatching and receiving program documents/material and resolving other related program security issues.Create and present presentations for program status and reviews (internal and external)Manage special access program facility administration in accordance with DODM Vol 1-4, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 related to the physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs and SCIFs; submitting pre-construction and accreditation packages to include Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and TEMPEST assessments.Qualifications: Required:US Citizenship Status is Required as this position requires an Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility U.S. Security Clearance as of Day One of Employment5+ years relevant professional experienceSelf-starter with minimal supervision with the ability to multitaskAttention to detail and follow-through when completing tasksAbility to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectivesAbility to develop and implement solutions to a variety of complex problemsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsWilling to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentAbility to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employeesGood interpersonal skills and a professional imageMust be able to obtain and maintain all accesses as required by the programs.Experience in developing Program Protection Plans (PPP) and OPSEC PlansExperience with physical construction of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs); ICD-705 knowledgeDatabase management with DISS, Scattered Castles, and JADEWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
