We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead commercial and ART implementation projects for a global organization. This role requires strong project management, technical expertise, financial oversight, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial and ART implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, deliverables, and priorities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Monitor project progress against short- and long-term goals and communicate updates to clients, teams, and senior management.
Manage project risks, issues, resources, and financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decisions and achieve project objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and key stakeholders.
Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and professional development support to team members.
Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives.
Travel as required (approximately 25%).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of demonstrated experience in technology management.
Direct experience with application development in a global enterprise environment.
Strong technical aptitude and experience with enterprise software solutions.
Excellent project management, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, timelines, and project risks. xavwley
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
