Job description
ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide senior‑level program development, infrastructure planning, energy resilience, stakeholder coordination, and implementation support to the Director for Infrastructure and Energy, DASN (DIB).
The analyst supports DON efforts to strengthen physical infrastructure, energy resilience, industrial capacity, logistics capability, and other enabling systems across the defense industrial base.
