Job description
Pantheon is seeking a highly experienced transactions lawyer to join our Infrastructure Investment Team in New York. You will lead execution across primary fund investments, secondaries, co-investments and related structures, negotiating agreements and coordinating with legal, operations and finance to ensure timely, compliant closes.
The role requires strong commercial judgment, deep knowledge of private markets, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deals across time zones.
