Job description
A healthcare organization in Tampa is seeking an experienced Inhouse Counsel to manage legal, compliance, and risk management for outpatient clinics. Responsibilities include drafting agreements, ensuring compliance with laws, and representing the organization in legal matters. Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor degree, be a member of the Florida Bar, and preferably have experience in healthcare law. The position offers excellent compensation, bonuses, health benefits, and a 401K plan with matching. Work is structured around four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday.
