Job description
Annie Aesthetic in San Diego seeks an Advanced Injector & Director of Provider Success who will split time between hands-on clinical injections (1–2 days/week) and scaling provider education across our platform. You will coach, train, and develop clinicians to drive excellence, engagement, and measurable performance improvements.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in medical aesthetics, NP or PA credentials, and a track record coaching peers.
